Requirements for conducting on iPhone / Android

1. Download the video interview app from the app store (your invitation has links to it).
2. Type in your video interview room name and PIN code that you received in your e-mail
3. Your interview will start.

Requirements for conducting on a PC / Mac

You’ll need these connected to your computer before starting the interview.

• A webcam
• A microphone
• Stable internet connection (Wi-fi) - we recommend having an internet download and upload speed of at least 350 Kbps per second (.35 Mbps).

If you’re using a laptop you most likely have a webcam and microphone built-in.

Recommended browsers

The video interview system works the best with the Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers.

If you’re using Internet Explorer, we recommend at least version 11 or updating to Edge.

Make sure you’re up-to-date

Please make sure your browser is up-to-date before accessing the interview to ensure you have the latest updates.

Turn off ad blockers

Please ensure ad blockers are turned off before accessing the interview to avoid connection problems.

Guidelines

Make sure you’re presentable Prepare like you would for a face to face interview. Get clean and dress smart.	Check your surroundings Enough light and a simple, clean backdrop helps our team focus on what you’re saying.
Prepare for surprise questions You may be asked to answer in another language. Make sure you’re focused.	Plan ten interruption-free minutes Just like in real life, you can’t pause once you start, and can’t redo your answers.
Practice speaking clearly You’ll be talking to an international team. Speak up and clearly; don’t shout.	Raise volume to an audible level Turn your volume up to a level where you can hear what the interviewer will ask.
