Your dashboard in Kaizen Recruit ATS is the place where you can get a quick glance of how your recruiting is doing. All the data in the dashboard is updated in real-time. The metrics you are presented depend on what kind of a contract your company has, and also your user level. For example, if your contract does not include allowing third party recruiting agencies to deliver applicants, you will not see the Recruitment Agencies metric.
You can find all applicant-related metrics at the top of your dashboard. By default, the Total Applicants tab is selected.
Click on the Total Applicants tab to view a breakdown of all applicants to all the job postings you have.
Click on the Passed Screening tab to view a breakdown of all applicants that have passed screening requirements in your job postings, such as language requirements, freeform questions and the correct graduation date. The applicants are grouped by the job postings that they have applied to.
Click on the Video Interviews tab to view a breakdown of all applicants that have completed a video interview, again grouped by the job postings that they have applied to.
Click on the Offer Letters tab to view a breakdown of all applicants that have been sent an offer letter.
Click on the Hired tab to view a breakdown of all applicants that have been marked as hired in the system.
You can find all job posting related metrics below the main graph of applicant metrics as donut graphs.
In this graph you can see a breakdown of all the different sources for your applicants, such as Facebook/Twitter, online ads/search, your careers site, friend/family, etc. You can also see a total number of different sources on the top right.
This graph breaks down all the job postings you have and displays the number of page views they have gotten. On the top right you can find the number of total applicants.
This graph shows all the different recruitment agencies that have submitted applicants during the selected time period.
